Me and my saxophone
Music
I got a Bachelor's in Music from the University of Denver in 2001.
Saxophone is my main instrument, though I do play flute, clarinet and a
few other instruments.  I like baritone the best.  Forty pounds in the case,
but it's been to Denver, Boston, Lexington, KY, San Diego, San
Francisco, Vegas, East Lansing, MI and San Antonio.

I can and do play gigs, classical, jazz or otherwise, and can improvise and
am a good sight reader.  If you need a bari player, let me know.

This picture was taken just before I played a concerto with the SDSU
Wind Symphony, Dana Wilson's "Time Cries, Hoping Otherwise."  I have
a recording, but smart people won't remind me about playing that
concerto.
Bordel 1900
Cafe 1930
This is my sax quartet from DU, the best group I've had the honor of
playing with.  That's me, Cara (soprano,) Cody (tenor,) and Nancy
(alto.) And here, for your listening enjoyment, is our signature piece
by Astor Piazzolla: the first three movements of "Histoire du Tango."
Nightclub 1960 (We won the school's chamber
music competition with this one.)
We wouldn't have gotten so far without our sax teacher, Art Bouton.
He's got lots of good sax info on his site over
here   And under
Saxophone Resources, there's a couple of links for program notes.
I did those!
